Piningo 1.4 has been submitted to Apple for review.
This release focuses on polish: the same private place-saving workflow, with a cleaner interface that feels lighter and more at home on current iOS and iPadOS designs.
Version 1.4 includes:
- a Liquid Glass-inspired refresh across interactive controls
- clearer floating map controls for filtering, search, adding pins, and recentering
- contextual popovers for filtering and pin creation
- calmer category and pin editing surfaces
- improved larger-screen layouts
- smoother scrolling in the add-pin flow
Piningo continues to be a private personal map for the places you want to remember, with iCloud sync available through your Apple account and no app-owned backend.
The review process is now underway. I will post another update once version 1.4 is available on the App Store.
