Piningo 1.1 Submitted for Apple Review

Piningo 1.1 has now been submitted to Apple for review.

This update builds on the first App Store release and expands Piningo into a more complete multi-device experience, while keeping the same privacy-first product direction.

Version 1.1 includes:

  • private iCloud sync across your Apple devices
  • native iPad support with the same map-first workflow
  • Siri and Shortcuts support for faster pin capture
  • continued Apple Watch quick capture and offline queueing

Release notes for 1.1:

  • Private iCloud sync across your Apple devices
  • Native iPad support with the same map-first workflow
  • Siri and Shortcuts support for faster pin capture
  • Continued Apple Watch quick capture and offline queueing

Piningo is still designed to avoid accounts, public sharing, and any app-owned backend. The goal remains the same: make it easy to save places that matter to you, organize them your own way, and have that personal map available across your own devices.

The review process is now underway, and another update will land here once version 1.1 is live.
